Documentary video released: American investors threatened, harassed, and blocked in Georgia by government and court linked attackers.

Documentary and interview regarding Iconia Capital LLC and its staff being threatened by Judges, illegally blocked in court (in violation of international laws and agreements), and having their land stolen and expropriated.

Supreme Court Judge of Georgia, Giorgi Shavliashvili, threatened the investors in June 2015 at a Tbilisi City Hall meeting hosted by former Mayor David Narmania. Ex-Judge and ex-Member of Parliament, Nazi Aronia, threatens Iconia Capital LLC's CEO, Seth Char, and company lawyer Rusudan Nanava with physical violence if they would continue their business plans in Georgia.

The notorious Judge Levan Murusidze, cited repeatedly by the Public Defender's office and Transparency International for judicial misconduct, is a friend and colleague of Judge Giorgi Shavliashvili. In 2018, Murusdize ruled against Iconia Capital LLC and called for the Americans to be stopped in Georgia indefinitely, due to his "personal feelings."

Merab Kakhiani, who has been suing Iconia Capital LLC for four years in order to block the Americans' business and continue his illegal expropriation of their land, is accompanied by an affiliate who confronts CEO Seth Char and his staff. Kakhiani and his affiliate trespassed onto the Americans' private property and began threatening Mr. Char. Kakhani's affiliate threatened Mr. Char in several ways, including the promise of death and injury should the Americans dare to continue their legal business plans in the country.

​A group of adversaries, including Merab Kakhiani, Giorgi Jiqia, and Jambul Bakhtadze, are seen attempting to physically take over the Americans' land by planting trees there without permission. The purpose of the trees were to block construction and create a new legal path to sue Iconia Capital LLC, should the investors attempt to remove the trees from their own territory.
